This full-day class will introduce you to Axure RP 6
and teach you the skills to create:

• Interactive Prototypes
  (using anything from sketches to design comps)
• Site maps and flow diagrams
• Wireframes
• Specification documents for various audiences
  

The class uses a combination of lecture/demonstration and hands-on activities. You will receive a lesson book to use during the class that will also serve as a great reference tool to take with you.

You'll learn how to use Axure widgets and widget libraries, masters, dynamic panels, styles and Axure's online prototype sharing tool, AxShare.

 

Who this class is for

People in user experience, design, product development or related fields. Those who have used tools such as Visio, Omnigraffle, or InDesign will find Axure to be similar. However, anyone interested in creating interactive prototypes or designing and documenting an electronic product's interface and functionality will find it useful.

 

Requirements for the class

You will need to bring your own laptop and mouse, Mac or PC, with Axure RP 6 installed and working. Axure offers a free, fully-functioning trial version you can use. If you have already gone through your 30-day trial, contact sales@axure.com and tell them you are taking this class and they will extend your trial. We will not have time for you to install Axure during the class.

 

Pricing

If you are interested in a class for your company or organization and can provide the space, students, projector, and any travel costs, the one-day Axure Basic Training class is offered at $1,500 for up to 5 students and $2,500 for up to 10 students. Intermediate, advanced, and customized classes are also available.

Sessions are conducted via Skype or another technology. Sessions are complety customized based on your pre-determed need.
